Chris Brown of Linear Financial Solutions is our in house Financial Adviser at Hartwell Partnership and is able to offer financial advice on a wide range of products including mortgages from the whole of market. He also has access to some exclusive mortgage deals not available elsewhere.
Banks/building societies will only be able to offer a limited range of products. When discussing your mortgage needs with your bank or current lender, you will generally talk to somebody who is working on behalf of that particular lender. However a Financial Adviser, such as Chris, works on your behalf to find the best deal for you.

Chris can offer an initial no obligation, fee free mortgage review appointment. For mortgage advice there is a £75 administration fee payable on application.
There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The charging of such a fee will depend on your circumstances but we estimate this will be 1% of the loan amount.
